Unit 12 Feature Film 2
Task 1: Research
I am interested in the role of director as it is something I have some experience in this role but I am looking to expand my skills in this area as it is where I am wanting to specialise.
Task 2: Role on shoot and Team
My role on the shoot is First AD, I will be looking for out for continuity issues, helping to direct the actors, assisting the director however I can. I have recently counted the total number of shots in the film for the DOP and been focusing on helping other people with pre-production paperwork.

Monday 15th January

Wednesday 17th January

This led to the production looking very studio. This was the only issue that we encountered and it was a good efficient shoot.
Thursday 18th January
Today we filmed the last scene, the shoot went smoothly but I had to wrangle the actors a bit as some of them were really loud during our filming which ruined a few shots. Besides this, the shoot was fine.
Task 5: Evaluation
Overall, the shoot was very successful. There was a few organisational issues and at times the actors could be hard to work with but besides this, we were all very professional and did our jobs very well. It was good to work under another director and
