Unit 12 Feature Film 2
Task 1: Research I am interested in the role of director as it is something I have some experience in this role but I am looking to expand my skills in this area as it is where I am wanting to specialise. Task 2: Role on shoot and Team My role on the shoot is First AD, I will be looking for out for continuity issues, helping to direct the actors, assisting the director however I can. I have recently counted the total number of shots in the film for the DOP and been focusing on helping other people with pre-production paperwork. Task 3: Pre-Production Pre-production Task 4: Production Thursday 10th January This was the first day of filming, we filmed scene 2 where Jack gets his cancer diagnosis. We didn't have a shot list so we had to plan out and improvise a lot of them. Because of this, we had to work on blocking, this took barely any time at all. It was a fast and efficient shoot.
